In the 2nd Global ONE PIECE Character Popularity Poll: “WORLD TOP 100,” you can vote for your favorite characters through several ways: 1. Vote on this official website, 2. Vote via the “ONE PIECE BASE” app, 3. Vote via the WT100 SPOT voting, and 4. Vote by postcard. (Publications with voting tickets distributed in Japan are required to vote.) This is a character popularity poll featuring over 1,500 characters. Please see below for details.

Eligible Characters
• You may vote for all characters listed on this website (a total of 1,567 characters).
• Characters eligible for voting are those that meet the following conditions based on various ONE PIECE publications published in Japan.
• Eligible characters include those who:
• Appear in the original manga from Chapter 0 to Chapter 1166, or whose appearance is depicted in the SBS sections of Volumes 1 through 114;
• Have names or aliases (including individuals, multiple people, or animals) clearly stated in the original manga from Chapter 0 to Chapter 1166, the SBS sections of Volumes 1 through 114, or original manga-related books*; *“original manga-related books” refers to “ONE PIECE RED GRAND CHARACTERS,” “ONE PIECE BLUE GRAND DATA FILE,” “ONE PIECE YELLOW GRAND ELEMENTS,” “ONE PIECE GREEN SECRET PIECES,” “ONE PIECE BLUE DEEP CHARACTERS WORLD,” “ONE PIECE magazine,” and “VIVRECARD -ONE PIECE Visual Dictionary-.”
• Have names or aliases that match the character’s appearance. “Appearance” and “alias” may also refer to groups.

How to Vote - Postcard Voting
• To vote by postcard, cut out a voting ticket from the following eligible publications, attach it to a postcard, and mail it.
Publications scheduled to include voting tickets:
• Weekly Shonen Jump issues published between March 9 (Monday) and June 11 (Thursday), 2026 (Digital editions are not eligible.)
• Saikyo Jump, April 2026 issue, published on March 4 (Wednesday), 2026 (Digital editions are not eligible.)
• Jump Comics ONE PIECE, Volume 114 (Voting tickets are included only with the printed obi band.)
*Only publications distributed within Japan are eligible.
*Additional publications may be added in the future.
*Votes without an attached voting ticket are invalid. Copies or photographs of tickets are also invalid. Please be sure to cut out and attach the original ticket.
Postcard Instructions
On the back of a postal postcard, write the following information and attach one (1) voting ticket before mailing:
• The name of one (1) character you wish to vote for.
(In principle, the character name must match the name listed on this website, and must be written in English or Japanese. Votes may be deemed invalid if the name is incorrect or illegible.)
• Your name / address / age / phone number.
Personal information written on the postcard will not be used for any purpose other than this project.
After the project concludes, all postcards will be promptly shredded and disposed of.
Additional Rules
• Each postcard counts as one (1) vote.
• Even if multiple voting tickets are attached to a single postcard, it will still count as only one (1) vote.
• If you have multiple voting tickets, please mail them separately using different postcards.
• You may vote for the same character multiple times; however, only one (1) vote per postcard will be counted.

Announcement of Results
The final results will be calculated based on the combined total number of points and will be announced on this website and at “ONE PIECE DAY ’26,” scheduled to be held in August 2026.
About the Calculation Rules for "Current vote count"
• The "Current vote count" displayed on the home page are a reference value showing the real-time number of votes (points) cast via WEB Voting (Official Website / ONE PIECE BASE app) and WT100 SPOT Voting.
• The final results will be calculated after carefully reviewing and removing any fraudulent votes; therefore, the number of votes (points) may fluctuate.
Note: Votes via postcard voting are not included in this total.
About the WORLD HOT CHARACTERS Page
• Displays regional rankings based on WEB votes (via the official website and the ONE PIECE BASE app) from the week before last.
• Regional statistics are compiled into eight (8) regions based on the IP address of the device used for voting.
• The eight regions are: Japan, Asia, Oceania, North America, Central and South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
• Information is updated every Monday at 0:00 (JST).
The “WORLD HOT CHARACTERS” page is subject to change or removal without prior notice.
What is WT100 SPOT Voting?
WT100 SPOT Voting is a voting method you can participate in by scanning a 2D barcode installed at JUMP SHOPs, MUGIWARA STOREs, and other locations across Japan.In addition to voting on the special website and through the ONE PIECE BASE app, you can cast one additional vote per day through WT100 SPOT Voting.
